Abstract
Pericardial cysts are uncommon benign abnormalities and their incidenc e in mediastinal tumours is approximately 7%. The authors report the c ase of a 73-year-old man suffering from pericardial cyst in the midlin e position. The good results obtained following surgery are also repor ted.
