Abstract
A method for the quantitative determination of iridoid and flavonoid g lucosides in Linaria species has been developed. Four iridoid glucosid es-antirrinoside, linarioside, 5-O-glucosylantirrinoside and 5-O-allos ylantirrinoside - as well as the flavonoid acetylpectolinarin, could b e determined in four species of Linaria on a single thin layer chromat ographic plate in the presence of two external standards.
