Abstract
A 4-year-old girl with possible neurofibromatosis I had multiple subcu taneous nodules. On histopathologic examination, these nodules were di agnosed as multiple cutaneous granular cell tumors. An association bet ween these tumors and neurofibromatosis I has been suggested because o f their common neuroectodermal origin. We review cases of multiple cut aneous granular cell tumors in association with neurofibromatosis I in childhood.
