Abstract
The synthesis and structure activity relationship (SAR) of a series of appropriately substituted new dihydro-imidazolones with high affinity for the AT(1) Angiotensin II receptor are reported. This study emphas izes the importance of the configuration at the position 5 of the dihy dro-imidazolone nucleus.
