A description of the nonlinear coupling between intense neutrino fluxe
s and electro static electron-cyclotron-harmonic and convection modes
in a nonuniform magnetoplasma is presented. It is found that the elect
ron waves can be parametrically excited on account of the free energy
of the coherent neutrino fluxes. The growth rates of the corresponding
three-wave decay and modulational interactions are obtained. The nont
hermally excited electrostatic plasma waves are associated with turbul
ent collision processes, which can be responsible for the anomalous ab
sorption of the neutrino energy in supernova explosions.
