The joint inheritance of heterochromatin markers of three morphologica
l features and isozyme loci Aco1, Aco2, and Prx7 in the hybrid progeny
was studied. The hybrid was obtained by crossing the sample of geneti
c collection and self-fertile stock with different size of C-blocks in
three sites of chromosome. The recombination of heterochromatin marke
rs of the satellite chromosome was shown. The deviation from random in
heritance of satellite chromosomes with different size of heterochroma
tin blocks was revealed. The joint inheritance of genes which control
the short caulis H1 and color of auricles R was confirmed. The indepen
dent inheritance of satellite chromosome heterochromatin blocks and H1
, R, epr (absence of wax coating) genes was shown. The adherence of Ac
o2 gene, biochemical marker of 5R chromosome and H1 and R genes was sh
own which furnishes to locate the latter in the 5R chromosome.
