Abstract
The present report appears to be the result of authors' long-standing original studies of gene snow's role in neurologic and behavioral char acteristics' hereditary determination, as well as of the particular bi ochemical channels of its influence on honey bee's neuro-behavioral ch aracteristics' formation. It has to be postulated that the gene snow a ppears to control tryptophan oxygenase enzyme's activity, which, in tu rn, is the key enzyme in tryptophan's metabolism along the kynurenic c ourse, resulting in insects eyes' screening pigments formation.
