Abstract
The role of workshops in the process of integrating information system s strategy formulation and business strategy is examined, as are the r oles of facilitators and participants in the process. Three cases that combine both successful and unsuccessful features are reviewed, and c onclusions are drawn regarding improved practice and further research.
