Abstract
Argon laser suture lysis is a valuable adjunct for regulating intraocu lar pressure and establishing a filtration bleb in the early postopera tive period after trabeculectomy. We have developed a lens that provid es excellent compression of the conjunctiva, an improved view of scler al flap sutures, and effortless retraction of the upper lid.
