Abstract
The synthesis and characterisation of zeolite Al- and Ga-Omega has bee n studied in the temperature range 383-413 K using tetramethyl ammoniu m hydroxide as a template. The evidence for framework gallium substitu tion was obtained from chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, IR, solid state MAS NMR, thermoanalytical studies and ion exchange, Crystal mor phology varied with the degree of isomorphous substitution of both Al and Ga and the synthesis temperature.
