Abstract
The absence of arterial change is one of the definitive findings of be nign bile duct stricture. Here we report on a patient with a stricture of the intrahepatic bile duct with arterial involvement. Histological examination of the resected specimen revealed fibrous replacement of arterial media, with no evidence of malignancy.
