Abstract
[G-H-3]3-Pyridine-5-phenylisoxal-ole is prepared by isotope exchange u sing gaseous H-3(2). The label is introduced through reactions in the liquid phase or solid state. The yield of labelled compound is 50-60% with a molar radioactivity of 8-9 TBq/mole by the first method; 25-30% and 90-10 TBq/mole, by the second.
