Abstract
Sch 49210, Sch 53514 and Sch 53516 has been isolated from a fungal cul ture, and identified by analysis of 2D NMR data. Two diacetylation der ivatives Sch 53515 and Sch 53517 has been synthesized. These compounds demonstrate inhibitory activity of phospholipase D (PLD), and display potent activity in the antitumor invasion chamber assay.
