Abstract
We discuss some interesting peculiarities of Tsallis' quantum thermost atistics in relation with dynamical evolution, with particular emphasi s on the cut-off condition question. The existence of special dynamica l states that do not appear in the Boltzmann-Gibbs thermostatics is an alyzed in detail.
