Abstract
The structural and electromagnetic properties of the 1-2-3 ceramics wi th partial Cu-Sc substitution are studied experimentally. Specific fea tures are revealed in the magnetic properties of the ceramics: at high frequencies the ceramics shows paramagnetic properties rather than di amagnetic ones typical of the 1-2-3 ceramics. This feature manifests i tself in the fact that the ceramics does not expel the high-frequency field but concentrated it. The critical temperature is found to depend on the magnetic properties of the ceramics: its critical temperature rises with suppression of the paramagnetic properties and enhancement of the diamagnetic ones.
