Abstract
High temperature oscillations (HTO) of kinetic coefficients of semimet als are compared to those of perfect crystals under the conditions of anisotropic size effect. The experimental data on temperature dependen ce of HTO amplitude and HTO frequency spectrum are found to be in qual itative agreement with theory [1].
