Temperature dependence of thermopower alpha in ceramics YBa2Cu3O6.2+/-
0.05 is studied in a 4.2-300 K temperature region under hydrostatic pr
essure up to 13 kbar. It is found, that alpha is positive in the whole
studied ranges of T and P and has no maximum. Superconductivity is no
t observed and electrical conductivity is of a semiconducting behavior
at every T and P. Pressure reduces alpha and rho. The average value i
s d In alpha/dP- -3.10(-5) bar-1, very similar to the behavior of Y-sp
ecimens with x = 6.6. investigated by us before.
