Abstract
NEW HUGHES INVESTIGATORS: Officials of the Howard Hughes Medical Insti tute (HHMI) say that the latest crop of HHMI investigators will includ e substantially more minorities and women than in previous years. Some institute officials and other observers say the new appointments corr ect a longstanding imbalance in HHMI representation among these groups .
