Abstract
Tellurium has been determined by AES-ICP at 214,282 nm with a detectio n limit of 4 ng/ml and a relative standard deviation (r.s.d.) of 3.0 % . These performances have been attained via generation of the volatile hydride and direct introduction to a plasma spectrometer of low power . This analytical method has been applied to Te determination in plast ic additives.
