Abstract
A field experiment was conducted during 1990 and 1991 to study the eff ect of nitrogen, phosphorus and bacterial inoculation on yield and its components of summer greengram (Phaseolus radiatus L.). Rhizobium ino culation along with P application, and Rhizobium inoculation along wit h Azotobacter chroococcum were equally effective in enhancing grain yi eld of greengram. Combined applications of N and P along with Rhizobiu m inoculation were also found at par.
