Abstract
A healthy 3-year-old boy developed acute urticaria five minutes after exposure to tap water in different areas of Jerusalem. Physical examin ation and baseline laboratory evaluation were within normal limits. Th e clinical picture and possible mechanisms of aquagenic urticaria are reviewed. This is the youngest patient to be reported.
