Abstract
There has been discussed the method of detection and determination of some anions by paper and thin layer chromatography - developed at the Institute of Lodz Technical University - based on the enzymatic reacti on with use of acidic phosphatase. The method is simple and more sensi tive than hitherto applied chromatographic methods.
