Abstract
Intraosseous benign leiomyoma is a rare manifestation of disseminated leiomyomatosis. In a 54 year old housewife presenting with a painful l eft In due to a cystic lesion of the femoral neck, histological assess ment following resection of the cyst showed a benign intraosseous leio myoma. Years before a diagnosis of disseminated peritoneal leiomyomato sis had been made.
