A renal mass accompanied by adenopathy was found incidentally in an as
ymptomatic 25-year-old woman. The computed tomography and ultrasonogra
phy findings suggested a malignant neoplasm. At pathological examinati
on, however, renal angiomyolipoma was diagnosed; the lesion contained
almost no fat and involved the lymph nodes, an unusual presentation fo
r this tumour.
