Abstract
The renormalization group equations are studied for electroweak theory containing two scalar doublets and spontaneous CP-violation. Limitati ons on the masses of Higgs fields are obtained from the conditions of applicability of perturbation theory and the validity of electroweak t heory to a certain scale A.
