Abstract
Agenesis of the corpus callosum may occur as an isolated finding ; mos t often, it is present in association with other cerebral malformation s such as cortical heterotopias. Computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are methods of choice to detect these cerebral prena tal abnormalities, especially asymptomatic forms. We report the case o f an asymptomatic young adult with complete callosal agenesis, cortica l heterotopia and interhemispheric cyst, on CT and MR imaging.
