Abstract
Chronic mucocutaneous candidosis has been described in patients with i mpaired cell-mediated immunity. We describe a female patient with sarc oidosis who developed a Candida granuloma on her upper lip. Moderate i mpairment of the cell-mediated immunity was detected. Three months' tr eatment with ketoconazole was successful, but the lesion recurred at t he same place after treatment was stopped.
