Abstract
Ibuprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, piroxicam and diclofenac have bee n quantified in dragees, suspension, suppositories, capsules. injectio n solutions and tablets by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and mi cellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC). The experiments were performed without specific sample pretreatment. The reproducibil ity of the method was investigated. Good quantitation was obtained in short analysis times. CE and MEKC are found to offer a good alternativ e to conventional HPLC methods.
