Abstract
Damage to the meniscus can lead to knee pain in active people of all a ges, from the adolescent basketball player to the senior tennis player . Joint-line tenderness, catching or locking, and other clues revealed during the history and physical exam will help the clinician accurate ly diagnose meniscus injuries-even without MRI.
