Abstract
Previous reports of ultrasonographic and magnetic resonance imaging of placental site trophoblastic tumor have described a cystic appearance of this rare disease. We present the first case in which endovaginal ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a solid intram ural mass.
