The pathomorphological study of 52 samples of woman breast cancer was
carried out after abortion, in pregnancy and lactation. At the same ti
me cytoplasmic estrogen (ER) and progesterone receptors (PgR) were stu
died in 41 tumours and expression of beta-casein gene in 9 tumours. So
me morphometric peculiarities of tumours were established in pregnant
women. The prevalence of invasive intraductal forms, moderate and low
differentiation of tumour cells, frequent secretion of tumour cells ch
aracterized by high expression of beta-casein genes. The degree of tum
our differentiation in the breast cancer correlates greately with the
alterations of estrogen receptors' contents in tumours, rather than wi
th progesterone.
