Abstract
The study was made of lisine- and arginine-rich histone fractions and DNA in lymphocytes of peripheral blood in patients with lupus erythema tosus. The findings showed intranuclear changes of immunocompetent cel ls in various forms of the disease. The above parameters may be used i n the diagnosis, evaluation of treatment efficacy, prognosis.
