Abstract
The high resolution spectra of SiH4 (6000) and (7000) stretch overtone bands, obtained by the Intracavity Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (ICL AS) technique, are studied. The vibration-rotational energy levels of the upper states as well as those of some perturbers are obtained by t aking advantage of the combination difference relation. The vibrationa l analyses are discussed.
