Abstract
Coronary artery fistulas have been traditionally diagnosed by angiogra phy. This report describes a congenital and a traumatic coronary arter y fistula diagnosed by transesophageal echocardiography. Transesophage al echocardiography was superior to transthoracic echocardiography in both cases and to angiography in one case.
