Abstract
The following article provides a preview of a recent find from the Bod ensee (Lake Constance). It can be dated dendrochronologically to the s econd quarter of the 14th century and is to date the only material evi dence for Medieval shipping on Lake Constance([1]). A final publicatio n is currently in preparation.
