Abstract
Burton, Ozanne and Collinson (1993) present an interesting comment on the issue of long-run average cost (LAC) in the diary industry. Since their results essentially substantiate the conclusions of Hubbard (199 3), the following points are offered as further thoughts which may be of relevance in any subsequent analysis and estimation.
