Abstract
The thermodynamic fluctuation of a charged black hole is investigated and anomalous behaviour near a certain critical temperature is found, evidencing the existence of a phase transition. A phenomenological ord er parameter is then introduced and the fluctuation-dissipation proper ties of the black hole near the critical temperature are studied. The critical exponents of relevant thermodynamical quantities are also com puted.
