Abstract
Neuroendocrine tumours are characterised by the expression of high aff inity binding sites for somatostatin. The detection of bronchial carci noid tumours through scintigraphic imaging is described in two patient s using the novel radiolabelled somatostatin analogue indium-111 pente treotide.
