Abstract
A 35-year-old female patient presented to us with a lesion in the talu s that on AP-roentgenographic view simulated an osteoid osteoma. Final pathology revealed it to be an intraosseous hemangioma. An intraosseo us hemangioma at this site is extremely uncommon and has not been prev iously reported.
