Abstract
We report a case of retrograde ejaculation due to an unusual prostatic urethral mass. The resected tissue was histologically indistinguishab le from corpus spongiosum, and due to its location it was diagnosed as heterotopic erectile tissue. The embryological origin of this lesion is discussed.
