Abstract
The cranial rectus abdominus muscle pedicle flap (CRAMP) group did not demonstrate any significant difference in perfusion compared to the c ontrol rectus abdominus muscle flap group with the caudal epigastric a rtery intact. Angiography of the cranial epigastric artery demonstrate d anastomoses with the caudal epigastric artery.
