Abstract
This study evaluated the correlation of left ventricular hypertrophy a nd QT dispersion in patients with systemic hypertension. QT dispersion , determined using the standard electrocardiogram, showed an increase as left ventricular mass determined by echocardiography increased in h ypertensive patients.
