Fifteen women with complex pulmonary atresia who had pregnancies were
retrospectively reviewed. Although no pregnancy-related deaths occurre
d, complications were noted in 3 patients and risks of fetal loss and
premature birth were increased; none of the 10 offspring had congenita
l heart disease.
