Abstract
A case of an accidentally discovered, nonsymptomatic cavernous angioma of the middle ear in a 29-year-old white male Caucasian is presented together with a review of the relevant literature. The lesion is docum ented with computer tomography, light microscopy, and immunohistochemi stry.
