Abstract
28-Peptide [desArg1,Gly23,Pro24,Asn25]CMTI-III was synthesized by the solid-phase method. The antitrypsin activity of this analogue measured as association equilibrium constant (K(a)) with bovine beta-trypsin w as comparable to that of the wild CMTI-III inhibitor.
