Abstract
In terms of the symmetry of the underlying gravitational potential, un der which a population of clouds is evolved in a disk. the following c onfirmation has been made in this paper: the study of the evolution of clouds in a whole disk by numerical simulations can be replaced by th at in a half disk, which does not lead to significant differences in r esults and, however, saves considerable CPU time.
