Abstract
An analysis is presented for the evaluation of atomic integrals of the form integral (l)r31(m)r12(n)e(alphar1-betar2-gammar3)dr1dr2dr3. Gene ral formulas are worked out for the two cases (i) l = -2, m greater-th an-or-equal-to 1, n greater-than-or-equal-to 1, and (ii) l = -2, m = - 2. A series solution for both cases is obtained. The Levin u transform ation and the Richardson extrapolation techniques are employed to obta in a reasonable number of digits of precision for the integral with mi nimum CPU requirements.
