The standard model approach to Z-boson decay Z --> l+l-gammagamma is c
onsidered. The distribution functions of two-photon and two-lepton inv
ariant masses is obtained in logarithmic approximation. Near the thres
hold of Z-boson creation, the process e+e- --> l+l-gammagamma is contr
ibuted predominantly by the decay under consideration at large values
of two-photon invariant mass m(gammagamma) It is pointed out that four
events with m(gammagamma) congruent-to 60 GeV observed in e+e- annihi
lation and described in [1] seem to be of electroweak nature.
