Abstract
The paper describes sectioned Marx generators designed to energize hig h-current diodes. The generators are placed in a vacuum-tight sectione d shell. The design and parameters of the generators of electron beams with currents up to 700 kA and a maximum electron energy of 600 keV a re presented. The generators can be used to pump excimer lasers with a volume of up to 600 liter.
