Abstract
A manometer based on a Bourdon circular tube with photoelectric regist ration is described. The manometer measures the pressure difference in the range of 0.1-100 torr against a background pressure of 10-760 tor r, its time constant is about 10 msec. The manometer readings can be d irectly transferred to an oscilloscope or an analog-to-digital convert er.
